K261a = pK(X13 x X16, X13) is a member of the Evans pencil = CL034. It is a circular cubic and one of the three pKs of the pencil, the others being K001 = Neuberg cubic and K261b = Evans (second) cubic. The singular focus of K261a is X(14704). K261a is the orthopivotal cubic O(X62). See the FG paper "Orthocorrespondence and orthopivotal cubics" in the Downloads page and Orthopivotal cubics in the glossary. It is anharmonically equivalent to the Neuberg cubic. See Table 20. K261a et K261b are isogonal conjugate cubics. See also Table 46. The barycentric product of K261a by X(14) is K095. The pole X(13) x X(16) is now X(11081) in ETC (2016-12-02). |
