K286 is the isogonal transform of K285. It is a conico-pivotal isotomic cubic with root X(874) and node G.

For any point M, let M' = GM /\ KM* (M* isogonal conjugate of M). Denote by (L) the trilinear polar of X(660) i.e. the line X(1)-X(39). M' lies on (L) if and only M lies on K286.
