K306 is the locus of pivots of all circular pKs which contain X(759). See at the bottom of the page CL035. See also Table 46.

K306 is a circular cubic and passes through the vertices of the cevian triangle of E = X(14616), the isotomic conjugate of X(758), a point on the Steiner ellipse. The tangents at A, B, C are the symmedians. The singular focus is X(14663), the reflection of X(3) about X(759).

K306 is also psK(X759, X14616, X4) in Pseudo-Pivotal Cubics and Poristic Triangles.
