Q186 is the locus of P such that PC(P) passes through X(1687) and X(1687) or, equivalently, PC(P) is centered on the line {512, 1691, etc}, the trilinear polar of X(251).

Q186 is a bicircular sextic with two real asymptotes parallel at X(51371) to those of the Kiepert hyperbola (K).
