X(2), X(11057), X(11058)

K104 is the only pivotal equilateral cubic locus of M such that the trilinear polars of M and its isoconjugate M* are parallel. See Special Isocubics ยง6.6.5. K104 is a member of the class CL007 of cubics.

The pole and the pivot are both X(11058), the isotomic conjugate of X(11057), intersection of the lines X(2)X(187) and X(30)X(76) which we meet also in K092, isotomic pK60.
